Once we have all completed intake forms we will suggest additional labs we feel are imperative to help determine the cause of your child's problems. If you have labs simply upload them. If you need new labs, we will suggest which ones in our portal, and will send an invoice for you to complete. Once we have ALL lab results, and intakes complete, THEN we will send a link for you to schedule your consult. We will NOT schedule a consult until we have those things complete.
